I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE. NOW WHAT?

An Estimate details your project’s needs and the budget allocated for each part of your project.

You will receive an estimate from Freshbooks, that is the tool we use for Estimates and Billing.

To check it, go to ‘View Estimate’

When you have revised it, click ‘Accept’ in the top right side of the screen.

After this, our team will contact you for the kick off of your project.

Go to the page you are reviewing and click ‘Report a bug’ side widget

Use arrows and shapes on the image it shows you.

On the right, complete the form with a clear title of the bug, what is what you see and what is expected.

In your Notion dashboard, you will be able to see the status and feedback for each bug reported.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY TICKET TO GET A RESPONSE?

Depends on what package you are on. If you are using a block of hours we respond within 2 hours. In that response we will give you a timeframe of when it will be ready.

If it is urgent we charge 2x the rate and can solve it immediately. Please place ‘URGENT’ in the title.
